Primi chilometri pianeggianti fino a raggiungere Fronsac. Qui inizia la salita non impegnativa verso Col des Ares. Dopo la discesa il percorso presenta altri tratti in salita non difficili. Riprendiamo la Route des Cols.
Cominciamo a scalare il Portet d'Aspet. Sulla nostra sinistra vediamo il Memorial Fabio Casartelli, una profonda tristezza ci invade. La salita adesso è molto impegnativa e così sarà per tutti gli oltre 4 chilometri che mancano alla vetta.
Discesa verso Saint-Lary e poi il facile finale che ci porta a Audressein.
First flat kilometers until you reach Fronsac. Here begins the non-strenuous climb to the Col des Ares. After descending, the route has other not difficult climb sections. We take the Route des Cols.
We begin to climb the Portet d'Aspet. On our left we see the Memorial Fabio Casartelli, a deep sadness invades us. Now the climb is very challenging and so will all the over four kilometers left until the summit.
Descent to Saint-Lary, and then the easy final kilometres that leads us to Audressein.
